what time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. If you do arrive before 4:00 PM, you can absolutely store your luggage and park on-site and we will let you know as soon as your suite is ready for you to check-in.
For same-day reservations, check-in is at 6:00 PM. To request an earlier check-in, please contact our concierge team at 1(800)661-2321. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
what time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late checkout requests are subject to availability and can be confirmed on the morning of your departure. Guests are welcome to park until 1:00 PM on the day of checkout; extended parking is subject to availability.
is there stayover service?
Yes, please ask our concierge team upon check-in for more details.
are you able to store luggage?
Yes, we can store luggage free of charge during the day you check-in and check-out.
can I ship my skis?
Yes, Ship Skis is our premier ski gear, snowboard & luggage shipping provider designed to simplify your travel experience to and from the Sundial Hotel. Ship Skis offers global, door-to-door shipping with complimentary insurance, real-time tracking, and an on-time delivery guarantee. Please ensure you note the primary guest’s name on your reservation and your booking confirmation number on the postage address. Travel stress-free with Ship Skis!
do you have ski and bike storage?
Yes, we offer both ski and bike storage during your stay.
In addition, please take advantage of our free ski and bike valet, who will do all the heavy lifting during your stay.
where can I store my ski and snowboard equipment?
We have partnered with Black Tie Ski Rentals, which is on the ground floor of our building, to offer all guests complementary ski valet for skis, poles and snowboards. Black Tie stores your equipment to allow convenient access to and from the mountain. If you do not have your own equipment, Black Tie can assist you with rentals for additional fees. Please speak to our concierge team for more details with renting equipment.
are there any restaurants on premise?
There are three restaurants on the 2nd floor: Sushi Village, Mexican Corner, and Black's Pub. There is no in-room dining option available with the restaurants on premise.

do you offer breakfast or in-room dining?
We do not have in-room dining facilities or offer breakfast, although there are a number of local home delivery options in Whistler where you can order food from to your room (e.g. Whistler Dine-In, DoorDash, Whistler Grocery Delivery, Nesters Market, etc.) and all of our suites offer fully equipped kitchens. where do I park?
We offer valet and self-parking in our underground garage. Limited over-height vehicle parking (6'8"+) is also availble for our guests. Parking is $45 per night per vehicle plus tax.
do you have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?
Yes, our underground parking features six EV charging stations, and we also offer charging for e-bikes.
do you allow service animals?
The Sundial Hotel welcomes all guests who require a service animal to bring their helpful companion during their stay. We require a copy of the certificate at check-in or ahead of the stay.
what facilities do you have?
Guests can privately enjoy our rooftop hot tub (8th floor) with same-day reservations starting at 8 AM. There is not a fitness room on-site, though we can provide you with a Halfmoon Yoga Mat for use during your stay. For guests who wish to use a gym, Whistler Core Climbing and Fitness Gym is steps away and offers drop-in passes for $23.
For spa services or other services, please enquire through Guest Services for more information. We also have a business conference room that seats approximately 25 people available for hire. For prices and availability, please speak to our Guest Services team about your requirements.
do you have a swimming pool?
We do not have a swimming pool. Meadow Park Sports Centre is the closest public swimming pool. We do have a rooftop hot tub (8th floor) and guests can privately enjoy a complimentary 30-minute timeslot with same-day reservations starting at 8 AM.
do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, laundry services are operated through the PayRange app and located on the basement level of the Sundial.
do all suites have balconies?
Many of our One Bedroom Mountain View Suites, Two Bedroom Premium Valley View Suites and Two Bedroom Mountain View Suites have balconies with breathtaking views, but are subject to availability. Please let us know if you would prefer a suite with a balcony, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. All of our Private Hot Tub Suites have an outdoor patio.
what are the bedding options?
All our one-bedroom suites, including the hot tub suites, come with a private bedroom with a king bed and pull-out queen in the living room.
All our two-bedroom suites, including the hot tub suites, come with two private bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, and a pull-out queen in the living room.
Additionally, guests can request two single beds instead of their king bed.
is there entertainment available in the suite?
All suites are equipped with TVs in each room. We also provide the following in-suite entertainment options upon request;
